The Miso Pup Guarantee is Simple: If You (and your Pup) aren’t 100% Happy, then We aren’t Happy.

LIMITED 1 YEAR

At Miso Pup, we believe in all of our products and hope you and your PupSize® dog are as over the moon with them, as we are. We offer a one year limited warranty on all new Miso Pup products, warranty them against defects in materials and workmanship, when purchased from Miso Pup or an authorized Miso Pup retailer. This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized retailers or not owned by the original consumer.

Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, does not apply to damages caused by you or your pet(s), typical wear and tear over time, unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, improper storage or if the product is altered or modified by the purchaser in any way.

This warranty does not cover discoloration or other damage caused by pollution, sunlight, other environmental conditions, mold, dirt, mildew, or exposure to harmful chemicals and any other cause not involving manufacturing defects in the product. Nor does it cover a breakdown of integrity of material, seams, or components which may occur after extended use of the product or damage caused by dog chewing.

This warranty only applies to defects that impact the performance of the product, and not cosmetic issues due to normal “wear and tear” of the product. Miso Pup shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser, pet or any other person for any special, incidental, or consequential losses or incidental damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product. Manufacturer assumes no liability for any injury or death to pet arising from the use of product. Except for the express warranty stated above, Miso Pup makes no other warranties with respect to the product, expressed or implied.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; the limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This non-transferable, limited warranty for a period of one year is extended by PupSize Inc. 4132 S. Rainbow Blvd., Suite 125, Las Vegas, NV 89103

REPAIR POLICIES

If the product is found to be defective, we sincerely apologize.  It is Miso Pup’s only obligation and the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the product, with the same or comparable product. We reserve the right to make changes in design, materials, and specifications without prior notice. Miso Pup does not cover lost or stolen items/parts. Miso Pup will cover the cost of parts and shipping for parts that are missing within 30 days from the date of purchase with a copy of a dated proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

Any product requiring repair or replacement must be sent to Miso Pup at the purchaser’s expense. Please email customerservice@misopup.com or contact us by phone at 1-844-MISO-PUP. We will be happy to assist you. Please have your original proof of purchase (original receipt, pack slip, or credit card statement) or provide us with name used for product registration and the details and/or photos of the item clearly showing the problem.

Any product we find to be defective will be repaired or replaced, at our option. If we receive a product that is not covered under this warranty, we will contact the sender and advise of appropriate repair charges. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
