We Ship Worldwide !

We offer worldwide shipping to over 220 countries.

In the Continental US, including Hawaii and Alaska, we ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express International (FedEx).

Most orders are sent via USPS and typically is the fastest standard service (2-5 days), please contact us if you prefer another carrier, like FedEx Home Delivery or UPS, or just send us a message and let us know you need the order shipped via FedEx Overnight.

Internationally, we ship via FedEx, United States Postal Service and also through our merchant partners, MyUS.com. Options are available at checkout.  

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, on the same or next business day of when they are placed, except for Pre-Order items. We initiate shipments Monday through Friday. Expedited Shipping orders must be placed by 12:00 pm PST.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, as our shipping carriers require a valid street address for delivery. Also currently, we can only have one shipping address per order. However, you may place multiple orders. Shipping charges are per address.

Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination. The cost for shipping is based upon total order amount. To know the exact shipping and handling charges before you buy, simply add items to your shopping cart. Shipping Rates are calculated prior to checkout.

Once orders are processed and all or part of your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that will include the tracking number. When your order ships, you can track your order by logging into your account and going to My Account / My Orders. Another way to track your order is by going to our Order Tracking page.

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times, so that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know which items of your order has shipped.

Once an orders are processed and shipping initiated, no changes can be made.  If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately via email customerservice@misopup.com or by calling 1-844-MISO-PUP (1-844-647-6787). We will try to accommodate your request, in event we can’t, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal Return Policy procedure.

Shipping within the Continental USA, including Hawaii and Alaska

  • Most orders in the continental USA ship arrive within 2 – 7 business days. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska arrive within 3-10 business days.
  • US Territories – Orders to US Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico can take up to 14 days to arrive.
  • The shipping times do NOT include the actual day of shipment. Shipping carriers, consider the first day in transit to be the day after we ship. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
  • APO/FPO – Military Addresses. We ship USPS mail to APO and FPO addresses. Orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post and can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Shipping outside the Continental USA- including Canada

We ship via FedEx, United States Postal Service and also through our merchant partners, MyUS.com. Through our Merchant Partner MyUS.com, a premiere shipping service, we can offer International Shipping to more than 225 countries around the world, however they are unable to ship to Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, Syria, Sudan and N. Korea.

If you live outside the United States and like to shop online from US retailers, MyUS.com offers services that allow packages to be shipped to their warehouse, bundled and shipped together. Customers outside the USA can contact us directly for additional international shipping options. Please note that Miso Pup’s International Shipping policy is as follows:

  • International shipping cost and delivery times, outside the USA, will vary based on location. Shipping time frames are dependent on various factors such as items selected, shipping destination and the shipping method selected. During checkout, a more accurate shipping estimate will be provided.
  • The shipping times do NOT include the actual day of shipment. Carriers consider the first day in transit to be the day after we ship. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping options and rates are provided upon checkout. You do NOT have to enter billing information to see your shipping rates. Shipping charges excludes customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees.
  • International Orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. and are NOT included in the shipping costs you pay when you place your order with us. You will be responsible for paying these charges upon delivery.
  • Please note that MANY countries charge duty/tax when the shipment arrives in that country, which can often amount to 35% of the value of the shipment. Miso Pup cannot provide information about these fees. Please contact your customs office for detailed information.

Refusing Shipment

If your shipment arrives damaged, it’s best for the Customer to refuse the package. If the Customer signs for and keeps the package, the Customer should note the damage when signing for it so that a claim can be filed with the carrier. Miso Pup will not be responsible for Merchandise damages cause by shipping carrier while in transit.

International Orders- If you refuse a package at customs, customs will either destroy it or send it back to us (we have no control over this). If they destroy the merchandise, you will not be entitled to a refund. If shipment is send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost, if the product is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product and you may be responsible for the charges incurred when shipped back to us.

Free Shipping

†Special offers regarding Free Shipping at Miso Pup.com will be shipped via USPS and will only apply to shipping cost for orders delivered to addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States and do not include addresses located in the states of Hawaii and Alaska, unless specifically stated in the promotion’s terms and conditions. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. Terms of offer are subject to change.

Shipping charges are per address. Orders that qualify for free shipping will receive free economy shipping for all addresses, within the continental U.S.

Please note that if you are eligible for a Free Shipping offer and select a shipping method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply.

Holiday Shipping

Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Deadlines will vary based on location and shipping method, shipping times are not guaranteed.
